Prepayment Policy

In order to make a reservation at Olive Coast Luxury Suites & Apartments in Agathias Palekastro Crete it is necessary that you prepay 30% of the total amount of your stay via:

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations received 29 days or longer prior to the arrival date.
30% of the total due will be charged for cancellations received 14-28 days prior to the arrival date.
75% of the total due will be charged for cancellations received within 1-13 days prior to the guests' arrival date.
In case of NO SHOW or arrival AFTER the normal day of arrival or DEPARTURE PRIOR TO THE NORMAL DATE OF DEPARTURE, the customer is charged 100% of total unused stay or remaining nights of the reservation.
